I don't typically write these reviews but, after having been an extremely satisfied customer of this company on multiple occasions, I felt it was due. My first experience was a few years ago when I had them do all the carpeting and rugs for our beach house. My pleasant salesperson was very helpful in guiding me through their vast selection, from a gorgeous silk/ wool blend in our formal living area to a heavy duty carpet in the kids' recreation room. They were very accommodating in dealing with our long distance project. Scheduling the installations and deliveries was a breeze. The installers were also very courteous and professional.
We are in the process of settling in to a new home now and are using K Powers again. Everything is going great. Our custom rugs and carpeting came in right on schedule and we can't wait to see the stair runner we have coming in a few weeks.
