Camille Garro, Acclaimed Designer to Present “Designing Your Home from the Floor Up”

K. Powers & Company is excited to offer homeowners from Needham to Boston the chance to attend an After Hours Event on September 30th featuring the highly-awarded Camille Garro of Camille Garro Interiors as she educates homeowners on “Designing Your Home from the Floor Up”.

Needham, MA, September 15, 2010: When it comes to designing beautiful interiors Camille Garro and Kathleen Powers have it covered- literally. On Thursday, September 30th from 6-9pm K. Powers & Company in Needham, MA will offer homeowners the chance to learn about interior home design as they sponsor the talented Camille Garro of Camille Garro Interiors to discuss how to “Design Your Home from the Floor Up”.

Garro is an expert in interior design and has been creating beautiful interiors for homeowners for over 26 years. An award winning designer, Garro has been featured on NECN’s N.E. Dream House, published in New England Home magazine, featured regularly on Money Matters and was recently been approached by HGTV because of her award winning design style. Her latest accolade comes from being named the 2010 Designer of the Year in the designer showcase awards sponsored by International Design Guild, an alliance of luxury floor covering showrooms throughout the U.S. and Canada. As the Guild’s Grand Prize winner, Garro has been named a designer of distinction and took top honors for her stunning interior designs in a South Yarmouth residence. After submitting her exquisite designs, featuring beautiful rugs from K. Powers & Company, Garro’s remodel was chosen from hundreds of entries submitted from across North America.

The event at K. Powers & Company showroom in Needham, MA kicks off their Fall Rug Event which starts on September 30th and runs through October 2nd.
